Who I am…

I’m a Creative Director and Brand Strategist with an extensive portfolio of successful marketing campaigns for a wide range of well-known brands. I’ve held senior creative positions at major advertising agencies including TBWA/ChiatDay, Deutsch, Houston Effler, McCabe & Company, Secret Weapon Marketing (where I created and produced over 100 TV, radio, digital, and POS ads for Jack in the Box), and Foote Cone and Belding where I was a Vice President, Creative Director running the Qwest Telecom account and Kraft brands including A1 Steak Sauce, DiGiorno, and Bulls-Eye BBQ sauce.

Many industry awards and honors have come my way, and my creative work has been featured on CNN, The Today Show, The Huffington Post, Adweek, Adage, Fast Company, Mashable, Lurzers Archive, and many more media outlets worldwide.

I hold a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design and an MS in Communication Strategy and Management from Northwestern University. I’m a San Fernando Valley dweller with my wife, daughter, and a small dog that looks like some sort of a rat-boy creature.

What I can do…

I specialize in developing marketing strategy, crafting indelible branding, and creating unique and thought-out creative concepts that are brought to life with tight art direction and sharp writing. I execute top-quality finished work that elevates businesses above their competition.

I have a deep knowledge of production in every medium including film, digital, social, experiential, POS, radio, and print. I’m trained in Social Media Marketing and Social Network Analysis, Competition Strategy, Change Management, Research Methods, Economics, and Finance. I’m also pretty handy with light household plumbing.

I’ve worked with hundreds of incredibly talented people over the course of my career, many of whom I pull together to form powerful teams.
